Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate, with exposure to loan origination, underwriting, or asset management.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate with understanding of debt structures and financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property-level diligence and complete underwriting models for transactions.
• Support development of strategies for prospective investments.
• Monitor ongoing surveillance of CMBS investment portfolio.
