Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia, Florida or North Carolina (office location dependent).
• At least four years of transactional real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients in transactional matters.
• Review and draft contracts; negotiate terms and close transactions; review title and survey; manage contract administration and closing processes.
