- Licensed to practice in Tennessee or Illinois.
- Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- Experience with real estate financings and municipal finance.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in Tennessee or Illinois.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to real estate.
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
