EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) EDGE RHC practice seeks a Services Manager to lead tax compliance and consulting for real estate, hospitality, and construction clients. You will manage engagements, coordinate teams, and ensure timely, accurate tax delivery with senior leadership guidance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tax services within finance, CPA/EA or attorney credentials, and strong communication and budgeting skills. EY offers a hybrid model and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field and CPA/EA or attorney credential preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax services within financial services.
Experience with partnership taxation, REITs, and tax compliance.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of tax compliance and consulting for real estate, hospitality, and construction clients.
Coordinate staff tasks, deadlines, and engagement economics.
Escalate complex tax issues to senior management with clear guidance.
Review work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
