Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or credentials to sit for the exam preferred).
• Two to three years of tax compliance experience; pass-through credits (LIHTC, HTC, NMTC) desirable.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities; detail-oriented and organized.

Aufgaben

• Analyze client tax records/books and prepare real estate tax returns per RubinBrown standards.
• Develop knowledge of tax credit real estate properties and funds for compliance and consulting.
• Prepare tax credit calculations under various client scenarios.
• Understand partnership and pass-through taxation issues (704(b), 754).
• Research current tax compliance and consulting issues and communicate with partners and team.
