Job summary
Blackstone is seeking a 2027 Summer Analyst to support Global and Americas Real Estate Sustainability teams. This 10-week program provides mentorship, training, and exposure to decarbonization, operational efficiency, capex projects, sustainability data management, and investor materials across a global portfolio.
The candidate will conduct research, create sustainability reporting, and help integrate large datasets from multiple sources while gaining hands-on experience in a leading real estate
Qualifications
- Significant interest in sustainability space
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas (e.g., vlookup, indexmatch)
- Experience with SQL or Tableau preferred
- Experience with research, workflow optimization and data analysis via AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity, robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Desire to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Conducting research on sustainability industry trends
- Creating sustainability reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including case studies
- Collecting and integrating large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Providing project support to Real Estate’s Sustainability teams on investments and initiatives
