Qualifications

• Second year law student pursuing a JD at an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal topics.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents.
• Assist attorneys on various projects and assignments – both billable and non-billable.
• Observe client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as appropriate.
• Maintain organized files and documentation related to assigned projects.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
