Job Title: Real Estate Specialist



Location(s): Bloomington, MN





DESCRIPTION

• Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of macro new build, modification, and service improvement projects in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a "Real Estate Complete" work product. Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must have telecom/wireless macro new build and modification real estate experience with strong project management skills.


• Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors.


• Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably.


• Ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity working projects in the midwest or central region.


• Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with client processes and tools (FUZE) strongly preferred.


• Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program.


• Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.


• Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive.


• Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success.
