Correspond LLC in San Dimas, CA seeks a creative Social Media & Video Content Creator Intern to support branding for a real estate office and its agents. The role emphasizes content creation, video production, and digital storytelling to boost brand visibility.

You will film property tours, edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, and help agents with personal branding. Onsite position with flexible hours and 32+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Digital Content, Business, or related field.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable filming people and directing basic video scenes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging social media content for the office and real estate agents.
• Film video content including property tours, listing videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and lifestyle reels.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Assist agents with personal branding and digital content strategies.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, creative concepts, and content planning.
• Attend office events, property tours, and promotional activities to capture content.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
