Job summary

Showami is a service connecting real estate agents to assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other tasks. Licensed agents in Jackson and surrounding areas are sought to participate and earn per-task compensation.

You must hold an active license, have MLS access, and be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox. Agents remain with their current brokerage while joining Showami as showing agents.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Access to MLS and ability to schedule/show homes.
• Experience showing homes in Jackson area and using electronic lockboxes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buyer and rental showings and Open Houses.
• Prepare light inspection reports as needed.
• Show homes to clients and coordinate with their brokerage.

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Jackson and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in Jackson area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Mississippi.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)

If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
