Job summary

Showami is a service that connects licensed real estate agents with clients to handle buyer and rental showings, open houses, and related tasks. Levittown area agents are invited to participate in varying real estate tasks.

Agents are paid an average of $34 or more per task, with tips possible for a job well done. You will be paid per home shown, and must have MLS access and the ability to schedule and show using an electronic lockbox.

Qualifications

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent.
• You must have access to the MLS.
• You must have shown homes in the Levittown area before.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buyer and rental showings.
• Contribute to light inspection reports.
• Support Open Houses and other real estate tasks.

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Levittown and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Levittown area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Pennsylvania.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
