Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Greenwood and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks.

Requirements

• Currently licensed real estate agent (Showami can help you get licensed).
• Full access to the MLS.
• Experience showing homes in the Greenwood area.
• Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Ability to schedule and show homes (required in many markets).

Compensation

Paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often there are several homes shown to a single client; you will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Indiana. To participate you must have full MLS access and ability to schedule and show homes. If you are unlicensed, Showami can help with discount licensing classes and referrals to brokerages in your area once licensed.
