A real estate service provider is seeking licensed real estate agents in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to assist with buyer and rental showings, inspections, and Open Houses. Agents can earn an average of $34 per task and have the opportunity to receive tips. Applicants must be currently licensed and have MLS access. Showami connects agents but is not a brokerage, allowing agents to stay with their current firms.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent.
• Must have access to the MLS.
• Experience showing homes in Eau Claire area is required.
• Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Eau Claire and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent (We can help you get licensed)
• You must have access to the MLS
• You must have experience showing homes in the Eau Claire area.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Wisconsin.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
