We are a vibrant and productive real‑estate team seeking a Showing Agent to host open houses and support our Senior Buyer Agents. The ideal candidate is a licensed Realtor or currently taking real‑estate classes, with strong communication, organization, and driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Coordinate and attend on‑site property inspections with clients so the process is smooth and timely
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes
• Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis

Qualifications

• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real‑estate license
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Ability to use or quickly learn real‑estate‑specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• High school diploma

Compensation

$40,000 – $50,000+ yearly
