Vreeland Real Estate is recruiting driven Florida real estate agents who love the phone and a fast-track path to production. You will handle inbound buyer calls, pursue outbound outreach, and convert opportunities into offers with support from mentors.

You'll work in a performance-driven environment where compensation scales with results, leveraging top leads, CRM tooling, and hands-on coaching to close more deals and grow your book of business.

The Model:

All new agents enter LaunchPad, our fast-track production program.

You’ll be paired with a top-producing mentor to:

• Co-pilot your first company deals
• Guide offers, negotiations, and closings
• Help you ramp quickly and confidently

Compensation:

• As high as 50% commission paid on company-provided buyer leads
• 90% on all self-generated business
