Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain Ohio real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step).
• Complete Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you.

Responsibilities

• Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs.
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly.
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home.
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business.
