Qualifications

• Minnesota Real Estate License required to practice in Minnesota.
• Background in sales, customer service or business development preferred.
• Ability to prospect daily and build client relationships.
• Comfort with licensing education reimbursement and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to build a client pipeline and drive closings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow earnings.
• Leverage CRM and marketing tools for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Participate in coaching sessions and licensing education to stay current.
