Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a strong head start.
• Legal requirement: 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Willing to obtain Wisconsin real estate salesperson license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of company-provided leads and your network.
• Guide buyers and sellers from initial contact to accepted offer.
• Conduct showings and open houses; facilitate closings.
• Advise on pricing and market conditions to prepare homes for sale.
• Negotiate offers and manage contracts through close.
• Build a repeat‑and‑referral business through Shorewest.
