Coldwell Banker Paradise is hiring 3 Real Estate Sales Associates in Palm Bay, FL to guide buyers and sellers through the housing market. You earn commission with no cap and control your schedule. Training is provided, and guidance is offered to obtain your Florida real estate license.

You will represent buyers and sellers, list and market homes, run showings and negotiations, and coordinate all steps to closing. No prior real estate experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to pursue Florida real estate salesperson license; CB Paradise will guide you through every step.
• Complete Coldwell Banker Paradise residential sales training provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Help buyers find the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs.
• List and market homes to attract qualified buyers quickly.
• Run showings, open houses, and walkthroughs to connect buyers with a home.
• Present and negotiate offers that protect clients' interests.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through closing.
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
