Coldwell Banker Amelia Group in Fernandina Beach, FL seeks Real Estate Sales Associates to guide buyers and sellers through the home buying process. No license required initially—we provide training and help you obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license.

You will list and market properties, host showings and open houses, and negotiate offers to protect clients. Flexible schedule, 30–50 hours/week, with earnings from base pay to commissions up to $250,000+. Training is provided at no cost.
