You’ll lead generate, open houses, consult with buyers and sellers, and negotiate offers while leveraging team training and scripts to grow your production within a collaborative, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional required.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prospecting and lead generation are core strengths.
• Organized with excellent time management and a willingness to learn scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
