DuBois Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty powered by PLACE is hiring a Production Partner to learn the listing side and own the buyer side, working directly with the lead agent on live deals from day one.

You earn from every transaction from week one, with a $2,000/month draw during the first 90 days and realistic first-year earnings of $55,000–$75,000, rising to $95,000+ as production scales toward 75 transactions.

Qualifications

• License active in Maine is required at time of application.
• We will teach the skills; work ethic and coachability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead agent through all listing stages: prep, seller comms, coordination, closings.
• Handle buyer leads, follow up until you get an answer.
• Circle prospect around listings and open houses.
• Write and negotiate offers for clients.
• Show homes and manage onsite needs.
• Generate a minimum of 10 hours of lead generation per week.
• Maintain tasks and client records in the CRM.
• Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, PLACE training, and team activities.
