Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington, DC is seeking a Data Analyst & IT Consultant to lead requirements gathering, development, and deployment of IT tools for facilities and real estate management.

You will build relationships with portfolio managers, deploy tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Access, Python and CoPilot, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform decision making.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance (TA/CSA).
• Bachelor's degree; 4 years of additional professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software development, implementation and deployment.
• On-site 5 days/week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Gather IT requirements from facilities stakeholders for internal tools and sites.
• Interact with clients to ensure objectives are met and address evolving needs.
• Deploy IT/AI tools (SharePoint, Tririga, Power Automate/Apps, SQL, Access, Python, CoPilot).
• Review tools, propose enhancements, fixes and revisions as needed.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Managers on IT projects for facilities tools and sites.
• Prepare reports to track project status and guide management decisions.
• Run standard and ad hoc reports; assist with report design across tools.
