Realty Plans, a high-impact imagery and floor plan firm, is seeking a dedicated media technician in the New Haven/Hartford area. You will control your schedule, work as an independent contractor, and provide HDR photography, videography, and drone services for real estate listings.

Responsibilities include photographing homes, creating videos, drone shoots, and floor plans. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years experience in real estate media.
• Reliable transportation to client sites is required.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
