CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in South Portland to capture high-quality virtual tours and photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will manage media collection, working closely with clients and sales personnel while ensuring thorough coverage of your assigned area.

This role requires 2+ years of professional photography experience, particularly in real estate, and a strong customer service attitude. Additional qualifications include a valid driver's license and FAA certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience working as a professional photographer.
• Strong customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3D virtual tours and photographs for marketing.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maximize appointments and ensure data coverage in the territory.
• Abide by safety standards while operating equipment.
