Job summary

Snappr is seeking a Real Estate Photographer based in or near Lexington, KY to capture high-quality images for listings and marketing materials. The role involves collaborating with clients, shooting interior and exterior scenes, and delivering images on schedule.

Ideal candidates have a real estate or architectural portfolio, proficiency with Lightroom or Photoshop, strong lighting and composition skills, and reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Proven photography experience, preferably real estate or architectural work.
• Proficiency with Lightroom and/or Photoshop for image post-processing.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle lenses is a plus.
• Self-motivated with good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great results.

• Collaborate with clients to understand each property's unique selling points and creative direction.
• Capture interior and exterior photography across a range of residential and commercial properties.
• Apply professional camera, lighting, and composition techniques suited to real estate environments.
• Deliver images in a timely manner for use in listings and marketing campaigns.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills.

• Proven experience in photography, ideally with a real estate or architectural portfolio.
• Proficient in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to meet listing deadlines consistently.
