Job summary

Island Digital Images, LLC is seeking a part-time Real Estate Photographer in the Greater Corpus Christi Area. You will travel to properties to capture high-quality interior and exterior HDR images and contribute to virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, and floor plans.

Responsibilities include scheduling shoots, staging spaces, operating cameras, and basic post-processing. Collaboration with clients and the production team ensures timely, professional visual assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate or architectural photography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Proficiency in image editing and post-processing with Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of 3D/virtual tour workflows and basic understanding of 3D scanning concepts.
• Strong time management and organization; ability to meet multiple client deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client service with professional on-site demeanor.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel across Greater Corpus Christi Area; occasional evenings/weekends.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing practices and online listing platforms; prior property marketing or media production experience is a plus.

Role Description

The Real Estate Photographer role is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Corpus Christi Area, with some tasks suitable for work from home. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs, including HDR imagery, that highlight each listing’s best features. The Real Estate Photographer will help produce content for virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, floor plans, and property marketing materials, following company guidelines and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling shoots, preparing and staging spaces as needed, operating cameras and related equipment, and performing basic post-processing for online use. The role also includes uploading and organizing files, collaborating with the production team, and communicating with clients and real estate professionals to ensure timely, accurate delivery of visual assets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical photography skills, including experience with real estate or architectural photography and confident use of DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
• Candidates should possess image editing and post-processing skills, such as proficiency with tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for color correction, cropping, and HDR blending.
• Candidates should possess skills related to 3D and virtual tour workflows, including comfort with virtual tour platforms, basic understanding of 3D scanning devices, and handling digital floor plan assets.
• Candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to schedule shoots, manage files, and meet multiple client deadlines reliably.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and client service skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with property owners, agents, and tenants on-site.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Corpus Christi Area are required; flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shoots is beneficial.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing practices and online listing platforms is preferred, and previous experience in property marketing or media production is a plus.
