Alston & Bird’s Real Estate group is seeking an associate with 4-6 years’ experience. Candidates can be resident in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles. Successful candidates will have experience with real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting and title and survey diligence.Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are required. The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our Los Angeles and Century City offices and may not be applicable to other locations.
