Job summary
Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is seeking an experienced real estate media specialist for independent contractor work. Capture interior/exterior photos, video walk-throughs, aerial shots, and 3D tours for realtor clients across multiple regions.
The role requires 3-5 years in the field, a valid FAA Part 107 license, and strong on-site customer service and reliability. Training and scheduling are managed by the admin team, with daily upload deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate photography, videography, and drone operations.
- Active FAA Part 107 license.
- Strong eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
- Extremely reliable, punctual, and highly communicative.
- Professional presentation and strong customer service on-site.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality interior/exterior real estate photography, video walkthroughs, aerial photos/videos, and 3D virtual tours.
- Manage daily shoot schedules, maintain clear communication with clients on-site, and upload raw media files by the daily deadline.
- Travel to assigned job sites within your coverage area and adjacent counties.
