Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination and structuring of short-term real estate loans.
• Ability to build and manage a high-quality loan pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of investor requirements and underwriting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and facilitate origination of diverse real estate loan products from intake to close.
• Proactively generate and convert leads into funded deals and maintain monthly production goals.
• Educate investors on financing solutions, underwriting requirements, and loan options.
