Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in real estate litigation preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including document management and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client advocate by providing timely, professional, and compassionate communication.
• Manage real estate litigation files from opening through resolution.
• Track and manage litigation deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules.
• Accurately document case activity, deadlines, and communications in Actionstep.

Skills

Experience handling civil actions in Master in Equity court

Experience reviewing real estate title work

Experience with title claims investigation and resolution

Strong computer skills

Experience with Actionstep or similar legal CMS

Education
