You will handle case strategy, client communications, and drafting of legal documents, while mentoring junior associates and contributing to firm growth through client development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and consumer protection statutes.
• Ability to apply legal principles and work with clients and courts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at legal, administrative and other proceedings.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations; formulate opinions.
• Draft, review and dictate briefs, pleadings and other documents.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve routine to complex issues.
• Mentor junior associates and develop client relationships.
