Rubin Lublin, LLC invites applications for an Associate Attorney in its Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, will work in a hybrid/remote-eligible capacity once eligibility requirements are met, and must be licensed to practice in Alabama.

The role involves litigation, title, and compliance duties, with expectations for independent, accurate work and strong client communication. Location preference is Alabama.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate and/or title law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and title-related deadlines efficiently and proactively.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses well in advance of deadlines.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions.
• Review and analyze title reports and related documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm and client expectations regarding accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards.
