Job description

Holland & Knight's Denver office is seeking a highly qualified junior Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years of substantive experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking top-tier work, direct client exposure, and meaningful responsibility within a highly collaborative national practice.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience/understanding of land use and development a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, the ability to manage transactions with appropriate supervision, excellent communication and client-service skills, and interest in hands-on training and early client responsibility.

We are also interested in associates currently practicing at top national or AmLaw firms in major financial markets (e.g., New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., L.A., San Francisco) who are interested in relocating to Denver while continuing to work on sophisticated, high-value matters.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, the pay range for this position in Colorado is $235,000min - $260,000max/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
