The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and have 2–3 years of relevant experience, particularly in real estate or financial services. This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000.

Formación

• 2–3 years of public/private accounting experience.
• Experience within financial services or real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements according to GAAP.
• Participate in the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and support investment decisions.
