Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a data/AI strategy leader for LIFT, responsible for turning fragmented data into trusted intelligence and aligning demand with Koch Tech and JLL Tech supply. You will shape the data and AI roadmap, drive experiments, and partner with real estate, HR, and finance leaders to deliver measurable value.

The role builds on Databricks and BI capabilities, with a focus on responsible AI and scalable data platforms, based in Wichita, KS, within Koch’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/analytics strategy and turning business problems into prioritized roadmaps.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks or equivalent).
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate service-line needs into a prioritized data and AI roadmap grounded in economic thinking.
• Partner with stakeholders to frame functional and high-level technical requirements and set expectations.
• Own prioritization across service-line demand and Koch Tech / JLL Tech capacity.
• Set strategy for Databricks data lake and analytics direction, while transition to Koch Tech.
• Move high-value AI opportunities into controlled pilots.
• Coordinate delivery through technical resources for pipelines and integrations.
• Leverage core data domains as assets to meet business demand.
• Define ownership, quality standards, and responsible AI controls.
• Close gaps in domains LIFT depends on.
