Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• Minimum of two years of legal practice experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating real estate documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on contracts, agreements, and other documents for the Company.
• Consult with senior attorneys on issues with significant value or regulatory implications.
• Negotiate easements, leases, licenses, encroachment agreements, and purchase/sale agreements.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations and inform attorneys.
