We Are Legal Revolution in New York seeks a senior real estate attorney to counsel clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of commercial properties. You'll work on complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures.

Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents; overseeing title, zoning, environmental due diligence; coordinating closings and ensuring regulatory compliance across deals.

Responsabilités

• Provide Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures
• Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives
• Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions
• Advise Clients on Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current on New York and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal
