Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Real Estate Construction Associate in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of sophisticated real estate practice and construction law experience, and is licensed to practice in the relevant state.

You will work with seasoned partners on projects across the United States and internationally, drafting and negotiating construction agreements, handling due diligence, and supporting complex transactional matters.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of sophisticated real estate practice experience.
  • Construction law experience is highly valued.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
  • Experience in law firm settings preferred.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated service on multi-faceted construction matters.

  • Assist in resolving construction-related disputes through arbitration and litigation.
