Qualifications

• Active member of relevant state bar in good standing.
• State-specific Notary Public.
• In-depth understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and local ordinances.
• Knowledge of property rights, land use, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of title insurance policies to protect clients against potential title defects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct table signings for Residential and New Construction transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, deeds, leases, and other legal documents.
• Scrutinize loan documents and complete the closing package for accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding transaction implications.
• Conduct a meticulous review of the property's title to identify any liens or encumbrances.
