Job summary

McMichael & Gray, P.C. seeks an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our Myrtle Beach/Conway area office. The role requires at least 2 years of Real Estate Law experience and a client-focused mindset.

You will manage residential and commercial transactions, coordinate closings, and work with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents. The ideal candidate will reside in the Myrtle Beach area or be willing to commute, and can handle high-volume workflows with attention to detail and

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Must live in or be willing to commute to the Myrtle Beach area.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

Responsibilities

Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
Collaborate closely with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
