Job summary

Regions Bank’s Capital Markets team seeks an Analyst to support managing directors, directors, and VPs by building financial models and preparing client materials. The role partners with multiple groups to assist in due diligence, onboarding, and deal processes, with a path toward Associate roles.

The position offers exposure to multiple product groups within Capital Markets, including syndications, public markets, and risk management, and emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement.
• Coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of client marketing materials.
• Generates financial modeling including leveraged buyout and DCF analysis.
• Works closely with senior team to prepare transaction offering documents.
• Assists in bank/investor meetings and sell-side presentations.
• Conducts industry and market research.
• Performs valuation analyses.
• Performs financial due diligence.
