Unknown Law Firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a senior Real Estate Transactional or Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate is a partner, counsel, or senior attorney with significant client relationships and business generation.

You will manage sophisticated real estate and business litigation matters for corporate, institutional, and developer clients, negotiating and drafting complex agreements and leading matters through a full litigation lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of substantive legal experience.
  • Established practice in Real Estate Transactional, Real Estate Litigation, and/or Business Litigation/ M&A or General Corporate Matters.
  • Experience representing sophisticated corporate, institutional, commercial, developer, investor, or privately held clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and litigation skills.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sophisticated portfolio of real estate transactional, real estate litigation, and/or business litigation matters.
  • Represent corporations, developers, investors, property owners, businesses, partnerships, and institutional clients.
  • Handle complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and related transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated purchase agreements, leases, development agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Handle complex business and commercial disputes involving contracts, ownership, partnerships, real estate, construction, and other business matters.
  • Lead matters through negotiations, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, arbitration, trial, and resolution as applicable.

I’m working with a well-established, highly respected regional law firm seeking a senior-level Real Estate Transactional or Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice.

The attorney will independently manage sophisticated client matters while continuing to develop and grow an established practice. The position is well suited for a Partner, Counsel, or senior-level attorney with significant client relationships and a demonstrated history of business generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a sophisticated portfolio of real estate transactional, real estate litigation, and/or business litigation matters.
  • Represent corporations, developers, investors, property owners, businesses, partnerships, and institutional clients.

  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and litigation skills.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$250000 – $4000,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
