Qualifications

• Active US state license is required with 4+ years closing transactions.
• 4+ years managing portfolios or HOAs required.
• Active broker license with 5+ years supervising agents.
• 3+ years in equipment, vehicle, or property rental Counter/Rental experience required.
• Near-native business English proficiency required.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and PDFs for reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated real estate tasks for realism.
• Assess domain content accuracy against standards, figures and regulations.
• Review AI grading and provide detailed feedback on discrepancies.
• Defend or adjust AI scores using professional judgment.
• Work independently to deliver evaluations within one hour per item.
