Baker Tilly is seeking an Audit Senior Manager focused on the Real Estate space in NorCal. You will lead and mentor teams delivering industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle-market clients, partnering with firm leadership to grow the business and develop staff.

You will work to build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance to clients, and support career development within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 4-year degree required
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred
• CPA required
• Eight (8) years of auditing/assurance experience in a professional services firm required
• Experience with the real estate industry preferred
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver quality client service

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to real estate clients.
• Engage with clients to understand business goals and challenges.
• Develop testing for internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing.
• Deliver insights through review, analysis and discussion.
• Manage staffing, billing/collections and maintain client profitability targets.
• Contribute to business development and internal knowledge sharing.
