Job description

Akerman LLP seeks a Real Estate Attorney with at least six years of experience handling real estate transactions with some emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing homebuilders, master planned community developers, apartment developers, and other sophisticated real estate clients in connection with residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects. Experience advising clients through all phases of the development lifecycle, from land acquisition and financing through project development and disposition, is preferred. This position can be based in any of the Firm's Florida offices. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
