The Real Estate Center | Attorney Backed Agents™️ in the United States is seeking a qualified real estate attorney to support clients through closings, disputes and litigation. You will conduct due diligence, review title documents, and provide clear guidance on risk and outcomes.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and title commitments, and interfacing with city boards to resolve zoning issues and permit approvals.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, land use, and real estate law including litigation.
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong negotiation, networking, research and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsabilités

• Complete thorough due diligence and inspect documents for risk, completion and accuracy.
• Appear on behalf of clients at real estate closings, disputes and litigation.
• Provide sound legal advice based on clients’ circumstances and desired outcomes.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, financing statements, title abstracts, summaries and commitments as required.
• Interface with city boards and agencies to avoid zoning issues and obtain permits.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough due diligence and inspect legal documents, title examination, and closing binder for legal risk, completion, and accuracy
• Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
• Consider all legal aspects of clients’ circumstances and desired outcome to provide sound legal advice to them
• Draft and review contracts, probate and trust documents, leases, financing statements, purchase and property management agreements, as well as title abstracts, summaries, and commitments, as required
• Interface with city boards and agencies to avoid zoning legal issues and obtain permits

Qualifications

• Up to date knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, land use, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
• J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree required from an accredited law school is required
• Superb negotiation, networking, research, and communication skills are needed
• Must be computer proficient
• 3 years of experience as a residential or commercial real estate attorney, as a transactional attorney, or as corporate counsel for a real estate development firm

Compensation

$50,000 - $250,000 per year
