Law Firms in the Bay Area seeks a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing team and expand an active practice in real estate and foreclosure litigation.

The role offers a hybrid Oakland-based setup with in-office and remote work. Competitive compensation up to $280k base for Senior Associate, plus bonus opportunities, and a billable target of 140 hours/month (1,680/year).

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate matters or commercial litigation is required.
• Strong research, writing, and case-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Real estate litigation and disputes handling including foreclosure-related matters.
• Contract and title disputes handling and resolution.
• Boundary and easement disputes management and development of strategy.
• Construction-related disputes handling and oversight of complex real estate matters.
• Represent clients in sophisticated real property disputes and litigation.
• Collaborate with partners to manage cases from inception to resolution.

Compensation: Associate Attorneys - up to $200k Base / Senior Attorneys - up to $280k Base

Billables: 140 hours/month | 1,680 hours/year (Bonus paid quarterly at 420 hrs!)

A respected Bay Area law firm is looking for a Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced litigators who wants to build or expand a practice in real estate and foreclosure litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $280,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
