Job summary

Kriss Law, a growing multi-state real estate conveyancing firm, seeks an experienced South Carolina Real Estate Attorney to support residential and commercial transactions across the state. You must be licensed in good standing with the SC Bar and reside in South Carolina, handling closings remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

You will prepare title opinions, review closing documents, and represent buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing.
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, title, conveyancing, or related law.
• Strong knowledge of South Carolina title standards, recording procedures, and settlement practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions efficiently.

We are a growing multi-state real estate conveyancing firm seeking an experienced South Carolina Real Estate Attorney to support residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state. This opportunity is open only to attorneys who are licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar and currently reside in South Carolina.

The attorney in this role will work closely with our operations team and serve as the primary legal resource for South Carolina real estate matters.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a commission-based opportunity. Compensation is earned per transaction/closing completed. No base salary is provided.
