This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking for sophisticated real estate and land use work with significant flexibility, including the potential for a substantially remote schedule.
The position can be substantially remote, although some in-person attendance will be required for planning commission/city council meetings, hearings, firm events, and similar matters.
Compensation: A third-year attorney billing 1,850 hours can expect approximately $205K in annual compensation before additional bonuses ($165K base + $10K quarterly when minimum hours are met). The firm also offers an objective bonus program, which averaged $30K+ for full-year attorneys in 2025, plus potential subjective bonuses.
